Terms & Conditions — EUROSTAR AUTO SPARE PARTS TRDG

1. Scope & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern business dealings between EUROSTAR AUTO SPARE PARTS TRDG CO. (“EUROSTAR”, “we”, “us”) and wholesale customers, distributors, workshops, fleet operators and other B2B buyers (“Customer”, “you”) in connection with quotations, supply of automotive spare parts and related services.

By requesting a quotation, placing an order, or using this website, you confirm that you act in a business capacity and accept these Terms. Consumer protection rules do not apply unless expressly agreed in writing.

2. Quotations & Orders

All prices, availability and delivery timelines communicated via quotation are indicative unless confirmed in a written pro-forma invoice or sales confirmation. EUROSTAR reserves the right to decline orders at its discretion.

Orders are binding only after written acceptance by EUROSTAR. Part numbers, brands (genuine, OEM or aftermarket) and quantities must be confirmed before dispatch.

3. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is provided on request for B2B accounts. Unless otherwise stated, prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT, shipping, insurance, customs duties and bank charges.

Payment terms are agreed per account and must be settled according to the approved credit or prepayment arrangement. EUROSTAR may suspend supply for overdue accounts.

4. Delivery, Risk & Title

Delivery may be arranged ex-works Sharjah, UAE, or via agreed Incoterms for GCC and international re-export. Risk passes to the Customer upon handover to the carrier unless otherwise agreed.

Title to goods passes upon full cleared payment unless credit terms have been expressly approved in writing.

5. Returns & Warranty

Returns are accepted only with prior written authorisation and in accordance with manufacturer or supplier policies. Incorrect ordering, installed parts or goods without original packaging may not be returnable.

Warranty claims must be supported by proof of purchase and compliance with fitment and storage requirements. EUROSTAR’s liability is limited to repair, replacement or credit at its discretion, to the extent permitted by UAE law.

6. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Sharjah. Courts of Sharjah shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to EUROSTAR’s right to seek injunctive relief elsewhere.
